Ordering and Credit Cards
Game Winning Graphics, Inc. will accept VISA and Master Card as means of payment for all purchases. Mail orders should include a money order or cashier’s check for the full amount of the purchase, including shipping. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Telephone Orders
Orders can be placed by phone by calling (716) 876-1619. There is a chance you will reach an answering service. Your order can be left with the service. Please be prepared to provide your credit card information with product numbers, quantities and shipping information. It is very important that you leave a phone number so we may contact you if we have any questions about your order.
Game Winning Graphics, Inc. is dedicated to protecting our customers from fraudulent usage of their credit cards when our website shopping services are used. In the unlikely event that you become subject to fraudulent credit charges, immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
Out of Stock
We know that the games we sell are time sensitive by nature. They apply to very specific dates or seasons in the year. Our inventory controls are efficient, but nothing is perfect. If any of our products is ever out of stock, you will be notified by email and be given estimated delivery dates for your order. Should we not be able to get you a game in time because it is out of stock, your order will be cancelled. In this case, on-line orders will be credited and mail orders will be refunded.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped using either the United States Postal Service or FedEx, depending upon the size and the destination of each order. Any order that requires multiple shipping containers will incur additional shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
Game Winning Graphics, Inc. begins processing and fulfilling orders immediately after they are received. Therefore, the company will not be responsible for attempted changes to or cancellations of on-line or mail orders once they have been submitted. Every effort will be made to ensure that you receive exactly the products you want, but we cannot guarantee that changes to an order will be received before the order is processed. If any items need to be returned, please review the guidelines for making those returns.
Returns
Games purchased from Game Winning Graphics, Inc. may be returned within 30 days under the following conditions:
• The game(s) have not been used
• The game materials are in their original condition
• All components (charts, pads, paperwork, markers, etc.) sold as part of each game are included in full with the return
• Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer
Returns not meeting these guidelines will not be accepted. Detailed instructions for making the return are included on the packing slip. The credit card used for an accepted return will be credited for the full amount of the purchase. Returns on purchases made by mail will be refunded in full.
Exchanges
At this time, Game Winning Graphics, Inc. is not able to make exchanges once an order is shipped.
